Our Purpose

We use AI to speed up research, brainstorming, and organization — never to replace creativity or authentic voice.

Acceptable Uses

We use AI to generate ideas, organize research, and improve clarity.

Non-Acceptable Uses

AI will never be used to fabricate data, write copy word-for-word, or impersonate real people.

Transparency Statement

We’ll only ever use AI if and when it improves our customer experience, makes our content more accessible and helps our community get results or answers even faster.

We’ll NEVER use AI to create our content, write our copy or replace our customer communications, and we’ll always be transparent when using AI (as in the case of AI-generated FAQs or AI assistants inside websites, our programs and memberships) so our community never feels misled.
