Now that you’ve had the training you need to keep the website up to date and maintained, this is where we hand the keys over to you.

All changes from this point forward will be considered a new project.

Maintenance is needed

Just like a new BMW, your website needs proper care, maintenance and servicing to get continued good results.

At a minimum, we recommend monthly website maintenance and a simple online marketing plan to get continued results.

We can take care of this and much more to ensure your website is performing it’s best and give you peace of mind.

Your Responsibilities

Just a quick reminder, we are not an email marketing company, so the best place to get help and support for these services is directly from your service provider unless we have installed the MailPoet system on your website. In that case, you can get expert help here.

Right now, you website is secure, up to date and maintained. As the internet is a changing landscape, this won’t always be the case.

Your website is critical to your business and all software is vulnerable.

30 Day Support

As part of our 30 day free support period, we make sure everything’s running smoothly. We’ll fix anything that isn’t working properly on your website and is considered a bug (this does not include changes to content, design or feature changes).

If you find any issues within the next 30 days please send through the details to portmaconline@portmacquarieonlinemarketing.com.

For changes to content, design or features this will be considered a new project and will need to be discussed as such.

After the 30 day period is over, everything will be up to you.

It is very important to keep your website maintained and updated to avoid issues and get the best ongoing results.
